Clean hotel, super friendly employees specially Naural-front manager. Favourable location quite a walk from Marmaray Sirkeci. Walking distance to a mall and a bazaar across the street. Abundant and nice hot breakfasts with Turkish options as well.  

The location was ideal because it was very close to the tourist attraction and trams or cars. The breakfast selection was fresh with Turkish options as well which was great.

after make up room stuff always forgot to give new towels. old towels were replaced, and there were no new one.

Location ,near main attractions however difficult to access to by taxi. Rate acceptable.

Housekeeping is very bad. Breakfast, even though its free it is not something you look forwards to. Taxis will not drop you in front of hotel but about 100 meter away .

The place was clean and little, it had incredible staff specially Naural-front manager. The accommodation had a very central location in Sultanhamet area. Highly recommended for celebrating birthday.

I recently enjoyed my stay here with my family, and the hammam and spa treatments were just what we needed to relax! The room was cozy, but it could get a tad noisy from the street at times. Overall, we had a wonderful time—definitely try out their delicious breakfast! 😊

The management and staff were excellent. Helpful, chatty accomodating. Full marks for customer service at this new hotel. Room was excellent. Meals (especially Ferdi's breakfast) were very enjoyable. Spa facilities were great - pity we didn't use
